[Bf-docboard] Hotkey Appendix

Another idea that came to mind:

What do you think about adding an <xref> to each hotkey in the
alphabetical appendix, refering to the section where the function is more
precicely explained? I know it's a lot of work, but it could also be very
useful. (I might be able to do some of that, but I'm having quite a
stressful time at the moment... hope I get round to it.)
