[Bf-docboard] how to program a sequence plugin

S86 asked me to put together something for the how to
program and use a sequence plugin (and a similar texture document)

I've got a preliminary sneak peak at

Any suggestions/comments on what I have so far?

Basically I was thinking the last two sections; compiling and usage, need
to be fleshed out.  The later one will probably have some snazzy images
to go with it.
