[Bf-docboard] Graphics card specs

I can't devote any time to it, but I can tell you NViDIA's GL support 
under Slackware 8.x is pretty nonexistant, especially when running a 
dual-monitor setup using xinerama. The Blender program frame will show 
up, but none of the content, or renders. Just the frame with 
decorations. However, my ATI Radeon 7500 has killer GL support, even 
under xinerama. Under Slack, none of the enhanced NViDIA drivers ever 
worked, and in fact crashed my X Windows system.

Just my 2 cents' worth of Linux video card experience.
