[Bf-docboard] Can I proofread? Who to report to?

I'm brand new to Blender, and to this list.  (I found it through the link
in BlenderManual.pdf dated Sept 22 '03.)  I found a few things that IMHO
need correcting as I read, and made notes, (see below).  I'd like to
continue to proof the manual as I read it, if that's helpful, and welcome
any pointers as to who should receive further reports like this, if
anyone.

Thanks, and thanks for all the doc effort that made it possible for me to
be pedantic :).
