can you please try to log on to www.blender.org with ssh? Your CVS account 
should do the trick...

Next, go to /Library/WebServer/Documents/download.blender.org/ and go to 
the documentation directory. Do you have write access there?

I think everyone *should* be member of the 'webmin' group. In that case, 
you should be able to overwrite the files that I published there..
