[Bf-docboard] Small patch to BlenderManual.xml

In the current cvs version of the Blender Manual are two entity definitions 
missing in BlenderManual.xml. Therefore the BlenderManual.xml docbook file 
cannot be processed.

Please find attached to this mail the corresponding patch against the newest 
cvs version, that fixes this problem.
