[Bf-docboard] offering to customize the DocBook stylesheets

That would be great.

Current PDFs are quite ugly.

Actually a page numbering scheme as that suggested on the Forum at
www.blender.org
would be grat to include too. Number pages as Chapter#-Page# so that
if you print it and there are updates you just need to rip old chapter, add
new chapter and page numbering stay consistent.
