Yes

It should do, since they will be unique, surely. THere
is just 1 (one) ID for a section. Problem is with individual contributors
and Fig-table IDs, they are much more!

a <chapter_name>_<section_name>_<author>_<number>

would do too, for them, but this will be mauch more bytes consuming that the
one
I proposed earlier.
