[Bf-docboard] Linux/Windows installation content

I use KDE. When I get home from work I'll send a howto for adding it to
the Graphics menu, a Desktop link and a panel icon. Not sure about
GNOME, but if nobody else volunteers to do one for GNOME by the time I
get home, I'll learn and write up something for that too.
