You can browse through it here: http://projects.blender.org/viewcvs/viewcvs.cgi/BlenderManual/?cvsroot=docboard You should also be able to check out a version to your local system; you can read the settings on http://projects.blender.org/cvsx/?group_id=7 (the module name is BlenderManual).
