Yes, I read it... I was meditating... that's a collection of tuts done by
many people, and released without clear copyright notice.

Conversion should be done (accordingly with the style guide)
possibly by the original author, or by someone else but
only after some kind of permission is granted.

On the other hand the second link could be nice as 'Quick Start' section
