Some more:

I would propose to agree on some naming conventions for the IDs. I did
use something like:

fig:afigure
chap:achapter 

etc. That reduces the pain of naming much, like then you can easily
have chap:worldbuttons and also fig:worldbuttons without collisions in
the name-space.
