Microsoft uses two different types of help files - chm (compressed HTML) and
the old Win3.x hlp format, which is something weird, and not related to HTML
at all. The suggested software generates this hlp format.

The advantage of an integrated (chm/hlp) help system is only that it is
quicker, because there is no need to start a fat web browser software. But taken
the extra work necessary, I suggest that a plain HTML version would do fine.

That is a big argument of course - otherwise one would have to try and
create a stylesheet to output something the Microsoft Help Compiler understands...
