<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">I'm of course not a dev or anything, but I had a similar version a while ago on one of my old computers.<br><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">If I pressed render, it would crash (this was back during 2.68ish).<br><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">To solve this, I went back and used an old version and it worked (2.5x I believe). I was able to get it to work when I used 2.61 also, so I got to use cycles.<br><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">So anyway, I can't say for sure, but I have a feeling that your issue might just be that your computer isn't good enough to handle it. I'd try using an older version.
