[Bf-cycles] Viewport render keyboard shortcut + minor Cycles viewport interface consideration

Hi Greg,

I also considered the close key combination of 'Alt X' for 'Viewport
Shading Rendered' (doesn't seem to be used?) but thought people might
find it easier to remember 'Alt Z' and 'Alt ZZ'.
Switching to texture viewport is normally (understandably depending on
hardware) only slow for the first time, after that (due to caching?) it
is near instantaneous for me on a complex scene.

Like your idea of having samples information first (very useful for
small render viewport), I often zoom into an area and watch samples
carefully while waiting to see how many are required for clean final render.
