[Bf-cycles] test Openclcc to compile the blender cycles kernels

Hi,

Barely related, but I still want to mention it. There is currently a
kickstarter project (http://kck.st/UGQjG3) featuring a relatively free
many-core architecture with a full GPL toolchain available. Tho in my
opinion the architecture is a little bit over-hyped, it is still
unique in the sense, that you would have control over the entire
compilation process from an OpenCL kernel to the bare metal. Something
we don't have with todays GPGPUs, but which is obviously needed to get
things right.

I guess all this issues with getting cycles ported to opencl show that
in the long run it's a really bad idea to resort to this proprietary
black-box "computing platforms". One reason more, that we shouldn't go
down this cuda/nvidia path in the end.
