[Bf-committers] The Transform code.

I've working a little on transform code, and i ended trying to get it a
little more clean code.

i've submitted two patches that should be checked, as the code may affect
lots of areas.

this one https://developer.blender.org/D1588 was applied although it was
resulting on a fix later,  i apologize for it.  I do not know if there is a
way to check it for more users before committed.

I'll would like also know if there is some concensus on improving it.
