[Bf-committers] Can someone please tell me what am I missing in this properties panel code

It looks like you've got all the components you need to get it working
(along with quite a bit of extra/excess junk that you'll want to modify for
what you're doing). The only main omission is some version-patching code
for old outliner editors so that they too have this region that they can
use.
