[Bf-committers] Add ability to ignore volumetric bounds in freestyle?

I have a few scenes I can't render because they mix volumetric fire and
freestyle, and it's a few layers deep, so compositing becomes a pain very
quickly, could we add the ability to ignore objects in freestyle and draw
what is behind them?
