Smashing work as always!

is there any plan to update bullet in the game engine?

People over at bullet physics say that we are way behind,
is this so we don't break older code?

I could really use CCD that worked better, also collision.localImpulse

Also, there has been a addon recently to the game engine for dialog that
uses the node graph, and it works quite well, could this be included in the
master?
