[Bf-committers] An easy to use damped spline

Hi,

Fred told me he's not interested in getting involved, or setting up a project for his work. 
He's retired now and just thought we might be interested in a research topic he did.

I've copied files he sent to me here;

It's a Dutch pdf and two pascal files.
