[Bf-committers] Phabricator file downloads broken?

[Mitchell Stokes]

I was looking to try and fix a few bugs prior to the 2.72 release
candidate. However, whenever I try to  download a file from Phabricator,
I'm greeted with an error message:

>>> UNRECOVERABLE FATAL ERROR <<<

Cannot redeclare PhabricatorFileInfoController::shouldAllowPublic()
