Just for the records, more than once recently I had troubles tracking
back the original author of a phabricator patch before committing it.
In one of the cases I had to give up and credit it to a nickname. So
whatever decision come out of this I really think we should force the
patches to either use arc patch or to do as you suggested (Proper
name/public email).
