[Bf-committers] Compiling with minGW/scons gets Python BOOST/CMATH error

Hi, for building with MinGW 64 we only support builds with gcc 4.7 and to
be 100% certain that your build will work you chould check out the build
instructions in the wiki, where we give an explicit link to a working MinGW
64 build.

Note, even if those compile errors are solved, the provided libraries will
not be compatible with the 4.8 version of gcc at link time.
