[Bf-committers] PSD file is not displayed with a file choice screen of Image Editor.(r60621)

Hi.

Is WITH_BF_PSD added to your btools.py?
It is not added to my btools.py.
It is not added to btools.py of SVN either.
I think that it is meaningless even if I add it to user-config.py though it is not defined by btools.py.
I process it into some files and can build now in SCONS.
However, an error occurs when I open the PSD file.
