[Bf-committers] Drop vc2010

Hi everyone,
Sergey and I came up with the idea to drop vc2010 soon from our code and 
libs.

We have full vc2008 support and thanks to Jürgen also full vc2012 
support now.

vc2012 is better than vc2010 as it also supports x64 in the Express 
Edition, so it will make building much more attractive for people who do 
not have the commercial version.

Any objections?
