[Bf-committers] blender do not updates from git

Yeah, actually, there was an error in how the script generated the paths 
for static ilmbase/openexr libs for scons config… Just add ${BF_OPENEXR} 
before all paths in BF_OPENEXR_LIB_STATIC. :)
