Regarding the bullet update.
I ran the regression files and couldn't find any significant issues.
Since I'm not that familiar with the game engine it would be greatly
appreciated if the game engine guys could take a look.

Compiling should work with both CMake and Scons.
I could only test on linux though and although I don't expect any
problems, it would be great if people on other platforms could test the
patch [1].
