[Bf-committers] scons flags Not used?

*Are these flags still applicable in scons?
WITH_BF_LIBSAMPLERATE = True
WITH_BF_LCMS = True
WITH_BF_LZMA = True
WITH_BF_LZO = True
WITH_IK_ITASC = True
WITH_PYTHON_INSTALL = True
WITH_PYTHON_UI_INFO = True
WITH_BF_INSTALL = True
WITH_BF_ELTOPO = True

*One other thing, there are flags exists in Sconscript
file NOT included in the windows OS template, like:
WITH_BF_BOOLEAN = True
WITH_MOD_FLUID = True
WITH_BF_DECIMATE = True
WITH_BF_CINEON = True
WITH_BF_PYTHON = True
BF_BUILDINFO = True
is ignored or hard-coded to True all the time?
