[Bf-committers] New gettext and fftw3 libraries for MinGW compilation

Hi,

I've updated patches for cross-compilation. Now this patch could be 
applied to svn revision 25464 where new gettext, fftw3 and collada 
already commited.
I've tested this patch by cross-compilation,. linux native compilation 
and mingw compilation. I've also added suppoer of openjpeg, collada and 
redcode for compilation by mingw (I was unable to build blender by mingw 
without this changes).

I was unable to upload archive with libraries to the tracker, so I've
