[Bf-committers] vertex-groups for curvedata

This is probably something that should get added at some point, but
really needs someone with the time (and a little bit of knowledge) to
do it.

I'm sure anyone who has worked with trying to deform curves (i.e.
Bassam/slikdigit when he set up some curve-based rigs for ED certainly
would be quite familiar with this) would attest to the importance of
this.

As far as breaking files go, it should be relatively fine, though a
lot of it depends on how you go about it. Perhaps seeing how this is
done for Lattices might be a good clue, since IIRC the Lattice code
uses similar data types (BPoints or so to store its verts).
