[Bf-committers] New svn committer: Wael

Hi all,

I've added Wael El Oraiby (nick seldan, student CG in France) as 
bf-blender project member with svn access. He already worked with Joe 
on bmesh a while, and will be more efficiently doing this now with svn 
access.
