[Bf-committers] Tracker cleanup

Hi,

I went over all reports, tracker total is back to a real list of 
issues. But total is still 97! Maybe a good plan for all devs here to 
check the assigned list:

I've also cleaned up the list of gforge project members, easier 
assigning that way.
if anyone below in the list wants to return just notify me, if this was 
an error my apologies :)
