[Bf-committers] Microsoft dev support

I agree with adding WMV support up until the point where it may
require DRM crypto keys.  The Blender project, as well as almost all
other FOSS is focused on providing a commercial-quality software that
gives the user options, not restricts them.  Thats the entire purpose
of FOSS -- to give control to the user, so I say that if users want to
export WMVs, go for it.  Now, I'm not saying that if the user chooses
to do this, we shouldn't have a warning message pop up that says,
"Warning: There may be an error between the chair and the monitor.
Would you like to continue?" or something along those lines.
