Hi,

Already many times people have done a checkout of our trunk, which gives
 MORE than one would want (all the extra lib/ stuff). To remedy this a
bit, it is proposed to move lib/ next to trunk/, so our svnroot
structure would have the directories trunk/ lib/ tags/ and branches/.

A workflow for a proper checkout would thus be:

> mkdir mycodingdir
> cd mycodingdir
> svn co URL/trunk (or svn co URL/trunk/blender blender)
> svn co URL/lib/windows lib/windows

After this one would have mycodingdir/ containing the blender source
tree and the lib/windows folder.

This proposal is solely to prevent people from getting frustrated when
they do a checkout on our trunk, without checking what is actually in
it. (The proper way to get sources currently is for the first svn
command to be svn co URL/trunk/blender blender).

Comments?

If no strongly opposing comments (with useful alternative solutions) are
given, I'll move lib/ next to trunk/
