[Bf-committers] "Animate all windows" userpref

Concerning this whole ALT-A situation, there needs to be a cleanup.

I just found out that the new Timeline window has a "Play" button, which
uses settings from a new dropdown menu ("Playback") there to decide which
windows to animate.
Still, ALT-A and SHIFT-ALT-A seem to be totally decoupled from that, and
redundant.

Can anyone please shed light into this? At the end, it would probably be
wisest to kill SHIFT-ALT-A altogether and free it up for other stuff, and
just make ALT-A do the same as pressing the "Play" button in the timeline
window.

I know this is a functionality discussion and doesn't belong to this list,
but it seems so obvious and easy to resolve that I didn't want it to
disappear in the darkness.
