An additional note,

in my opinion all three would be worthwhile, with Cams suggestion of
allowing scripts to be added to default menus most appealing for
bundled scripts, and Willians proposal best for allowing hotkey access
to frequently used scripts.

Of course as always the scripts would be required to follow the
scripts policy regarding space access, etc.
