[Bf-committers] problems with C++

I don't know if this helps or not in your efforts but I thought id throw
this out :)

Msvc7 produces some tempate warnings like:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\include\map(36) :

        ]

compiled

        ]

Here's the explicit (level 4) warning build from elbeem. I thought this
might be useful.
