[Bf-committers] MSVCR71.DLL

This DLL ist most times on the system but not in a system directory. Got 
the same problem but when i scanned my C: drive about it i found it 
multiple times everywhere at my hard disk (yep that's windows).

When i copied on MSVCR71.DLL into the windows/system32 directory 
averything goes fine.
