[Bf-committers] testbuild uploaded

Hi,
the testbuild for Linux on PowerPC is at 
http://www.quitch.net/~stefanga/blender-2.40-alpha2-linux-glibc2.3.2-powerpc.tar.gz

I've removed my local workaround for bug #2587 (crash when zooming in camera 
view), as this seems to be fixed with recent versions of X.org.

also, there's a "just for fun" version for Linux on amd64:
