I got interrupted and sent it before I was finished saying what I
wanted to say. This is only testing the compile support not the actual
parser. I still have to finish integrating that in. I need someone
with more makefile and external library support to tell me if I'm
doing it right. LIke I said it works on my machine but that might just
be because I have the expat library installed already.
