[Bf-committers] circle select problems

Hi,

(changed topic to something clear :)

Please update cvs for a test... if it still doesnt work, come with  
detailed observations please. I need to know the exact moment &  
conditions when it shows. And that on default startup blender, and in  
key action lingo like:

- start blender
- TAB on cube
- B, B
- move mouse, circle shows trails
