Isn't it a bit arrogant to call Linux the only sane platform?
Is "#!/usr/bin/bash" also a standard?
In Linux, maybe.
On my FreeBSD box, it's /usr/local/bin/bash.
On my IRIX box, I seem to remember it's /usr/freeware/bin/bash...
There *is* no standard path for the interpreter of things, that's
one of the reasons why the line is there at all. :)
