[Bf-committers] Skategirl crash

Hi,

Some remarks on 225 game demos.
Skategirl works fine with win32 current CVS build, I also tested it with
version 233a on Redhat9 Linux and there it's fine too.
So, it looks like this is an OSX specific problem.

TextFade is stored with compression, and this is no longer supported with
the current build. To solve this just load it in performer and resave with
compression off.

Still objects fall thru the floor, it looks like this has something to do
with the Form factor for rigid body objects. A small value make objects
behave unpredictable, were a large value stabilizes them.

I also noticed quite some different game behavior between different
platforms regarding physics and sound.

Since Solid was changed (I think, it has 4 libs now?!) I can't get it  
to work anymore... physics demos all crash. For skategirl here's the  
gdb output on a debug compiled KX_RaySensor.cpp, where the crash  
happened.

Just today, to make sure, make clean in engine and extern dirs...
