[Bf-committers] Rotate Edge to Replace Flip Edge Feedback Needed

Ah yes, it is a cube ... I keep thinking that the
object in the default scene is a plane.

Having said that though, the behavior is very
different in 2.34 than it was in 2.33. I'm
guessing 2.33 did some extra checks to determine
whether the selected edges were reasonable to
flip (like the ones you mention on the outside
edges of the cube).
