[Bf-committers] Python file locked in cvs?

Hi,

I got this error:

cvs server: cannot commit with sticky date for file  
`python/api2_2x/Draw.c'

It has old code for the the buttons in it... I coudn't commit my work!
Added a temporal patch in BIF_interface.h to have it working though.

What is this error?
