gcc on Irix doesn't like fast atoms -- it chokes on a
quotation mark within an "#if 0" style comment in
/usr/include/X11/SGIFastAtom.h
(This prob was introduced by my patch to
intern/ghost/intern/GHOST_SystemX11.cpp).
