I discovered this last night, not really a bug, not really an "extra"
feature request.  Just a low priority call for "completeness".

You can change the color of the 3D window background, but you cannot
change the color of an unselected EditEdge, making dark background colors 
more or less useless (for all the Autocad for Dos fans...).

No rush, just make a note for the next time you are adding to themes.
